Our Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
Injury Recovery Hub is a marketing and lead generation company. When you submit a request through our Site, we disclose the information you provide to independent attorneys, law firms, and marketing partners so that they may contact you about legal services.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, this may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. The information disclosed may include identifiers, internet activity, approximate geolocation, and accident information, some of which may be considered sensitive personal information.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16 years of age.
Your Right to Opt Out
If you are a California resident, or a resident of another state whose law provides this right, you may direct us not to sell or share your personal information. You may exercise this right at any time, free of charge, and we will not discriminate against you for doing so.

So that we can process your request, please include your full name, the telephone number and email address you provided to us, and your ZIP code. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before completing your request.
You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, and we may require proof of that authorization.

Where required by law, we honor opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) transmitted by your browser or device. If you enable GPC, we will treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser or device.
Important Note About Requests Already Submitted
If you have already submitted a request through our Site and your information has been provided to an attorney, law firm, or marketing partner, opting out here stops future sales or sharing by us, but it does not by itself require those parties to delete information they already received.
To ask them to stop contacting you or to delete your information, contact them directly, or contact us and we will provide the information we have about who received your submission.
